TAM, is based on the principles of Chi Nei Tsang or Chinese Abdominal Massage. It gently cleanses and detoxifies the organs, creating space for greater physical and emotional freedom. Jada is honored to be one of the few people who are introducing this ancient Chinese healing massage technique to the West.
50 and 30 minute sessions are available in Santa Barbara (SB) and every Tuesday, Jada offers Tune-up Tuesdays (TUT)- simply an abbreviated (15-minute) Abdominal Massage.
